CASEY ESTRADA, LCDC, NCAC II, SAP
Clinical Director
Casey has worked for The Springboard Center for four and a half years. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has been a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor since 2010. She is motivated each day by seeing clients succeed and become hopeful for life again through recovery. Casey has a strong love for music and has thus began to build a music therapy curriculum for Springboard!

DALLAS LANN, LVN, BA. Sc.
Detox Unit and Compliance Manager
Dallas has worked for The Springboard Center for five years. As a licensed vocational nurse, he has a natural compassion for helping others. His favorite memory while working for the center was the last Alumni Reunion, a whole day filled with fun and fellowship. Interestingly, at one time Dallas owned about 250 chickens!

BEKAH GREENE
Director of Admissions
Bekah has over 15 years’ experience in various customer service roles and is a real asset to the Admissions team. She loves to share her personal recovery journey and experience with the 12-Step program. She enjoys seeing life return into the eyes of our clients as she gets to see firsthand their brokenness being replaced with peace and joy by the time that they leave. Bekah is a born and raised Midlander, the mother of two boys, spends her weekends filled with sports and kids’ activities, loves to cuddle with her two big dogs and delights in working with other women to achieve sobriety.

NATHAN ISAACKS
Admissions Specialist/Alumni Coordinator
Nate has been in customer service for 15 plus years and specializes in communication and personal relations. This makes him a perfect fit for admissions as well as Alumni Coordinator. He is passionate about helping others and keeps recovery at the center of his own life. His greatest joy is being a part of the transformation that takes place in people’s lives and believes that The Springboard Center is the perfect place to start that journey.

PAIGE VICKERY, CPA
Finance Director
Paige is a native Midlander and came to the Springboard Center with 6 years of nonprofit accounting experience. After Paige graduated from Texas Tech in December 2015, she moved back home to Midland to marry her husband, and they now raise two boys. She thoroughly enjoys being a part of the nonprofit community in Midland because it brings people together from all different backgrounds to achieve common goals. In her free time Paige is pursuing her CPA, loves watching baseball, and chasing around her two boys!

PAMELA MOUNTS
Account and Admissions Specialist
Pamela has worked for the Springboard Center for almost four months. While Pamela’s background is in accounting, she has spent the last 5 years as an Intake Specialist for hurting people seeking help through cognitive behavioral therapy. Her favorite memory at the Springboard Center is seeing the smile transform on clients faces from Day 1 to Day 30. Pamela is a believer and a compassionate employee. She is also anxiously awaiting the arrival of her first grandchild!

ALEX DE LA PAZ
Facilities Manager
Mr. De La Paz brings good experience, dedication and hard work to his position at The Springboard Center. He has 18 years of experience in the oil field industry, working up the ladder from floor hand to one of the youngest drilling consultants in the business. Mr. De La Paz worked as Facility Director for The Cimarron Place of senior living, where he gained experience as a landscaper, electrician, plumber, and general contractor as needed to maintain the facility. Alexander volunteers as a local youth football coach where he gets to spend quality time with his son to whom he has custody and is a full-time father. Alexander is not in recovery, but understands the healthy healing process as he has attended numerous open AA meetings. Alexander believes in our mission and strives to provide a quality environment to help our clients achieve their treatment goals.

ASHLEY SMITH
Sober Living Coordinator
Ashley began her journey with Springboard as a client in 2018, lost and broken. She implemented the tools Springboard taught her in the Residential program, moved into Springboard sober living, and put the program into action. She cannot put into words how much her life has changed. She was asked to come work as a Recovery Advocate in 2020 and just recently was promoted to Sober Living Coordinator. “There’s no greater joy and excitement in my life than being a part of someone else’s journey and being able to say I’ve been there, let me show you the way out. It’s an absolute blessing being a part of this mission that saved my life”.

VICTORIA MARTINEZ
Medical Practitioner
Victoria has been working at the Springboard Center for two months. Victoria holds a Masters Degree in Nursing. Her favorite memories at the Springboard Center include seeing clients successfully complete the program and transform their lives. Victoria’s hobbies include watching her children play softball and gardening.
