Clinical Director

Casey is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Tech University in 2009 and achieved her Counselor Intern license in July of 2010.  She became fully licensed as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in 2013.  Casey has had the opportunity to work in a variety of positions in the field of addiction which have allowed her to continue to grow as a counselor and gain an expanded knowledge of addiction and recovery. Casey has 8 years of experience as a counselor in the field of addiction and recovery. Casey’s previous positions in the field have included Residential Coordinator and Residential Director prior to working at The Springboard Center.

Finance Director

Amy graduated from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin in 2002, earning a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance. She joined the Springboard Center in 2017 after mainly working in the finance industry. Director of Operations

Roberta began working with The Springboard Center in 2015 as a Recovery Advocate. She soon became the House Manager for Springboard Sober Living’s first women’s house, helping to pioneer that program into the robust system that it is today. Roberta left Springboard for a short while, but returned in 2018 as the Sober Living Coordinator, managing all of Springboard’s sober living homes. In her free time, Roberta enjoys being of service to others in the recovery community, as well as praying, meditating, and finding the joys that life has to offer through her new way of life

Human Resource Manager

Debbie is relatively new to the HR world, however, she has over 20 years of experience in many aspects of office management, administrative positions, and customer service. Debbie took a break from office work, and in 2009 graduated with an Associate’s degree in Pastry & Baking from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, a Le Cordon Bleu school, and she spent the last several years working as a Pastry Chef. Since joining The Springboard Center, Debbie has become a member of the Permian Basin chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management and National SHRM member, as well as becoming a Texas Notary Public. Her passions include her family, traveling, cooking and of course, baking! “Life is what you make it, so why not make it great!”



Facilities Manager

Mr. Zontok brings a breath of experience to The Springboard Center in his Facilities Manager role. He is a licensed electrician with experience as a supervisor for an underground utilities company and as a job foreman for new site development for a construction company. Prior to this, Mr Zontok worked as an Operations Manager for The Brickman Group, the largest landscaping company in the United States. At that time Adam was a Master Gardener, overseeing four IBM facilities over the course of four and a half years. In addition to this, Adam has worked in the recovery field for the past three years as a Recovery Tech, Sober Living Coordinator, and Operations Manager for various companies. As a man in recovery himself, Adam is deeply passionate about the work he does, saying “I believe that a healthy and clean environment is essential to a powerful treatment experience.”

Sober Living Coordinator

Tina DeFord began her journey with The Springboard Center as an assistant house manager for Springboard Sober Living’s women’s house. Tina then moved into the House Manager position. Tina came to work for Springboard full-time in 2018 as a Recovery Advocate while maintaining her duties at Springboard Sober Living. Tina says,“I love watching women begin their journey of life!”
