Executive Director

Mark began serving The Springboard Center in July of 2019. He has a doctorate in Organizational Development as well as a son in recovery. One of Mark’s favorite memories is of last year’s Christmas party when everyone came together as staff and board to celebrate a year of transitions and accomplishments. He loves to be witness to the success of Springboard “graduates” who go on to live healthy lives.



Director of Marketing & Business Development

Paul grew up in Midland and has been a resident this time for the past sixteen years after moving back from Dallas. Paul’s passion for the recovery community, the Permian Basin community, and persons seeking to find health in recovery, plus his business development acumen are great services to The Springboard Center. Paul works in the energy industry and is a partner in Admiral Permian Resources. He remains active in the recovery community and has served on numerous boards, but claims The Springboard Center hits closest to home. Paul has been married to his wife, Sherry, for twenty two years and they have two children together (Luke, age 14 and Harper, age 12).

Clinical Director

Casey has worked for The Springboard Center for four and a half years. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has been a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor since 2010. She is motivated each day by seeing clients succeed and become hopeful for life again through recovery. Casey has a strong love for music and has thus began to build a music therapy curriculum for Springboard!



Admissions Specialist

Bekah has over 15 years’ experience in various customer service roles and is a real asset to the Admissions team.  She loves to share her personal recovery journey and experience with the 12-Step program.  She enjoys seeing life return into the eyes of our clients as she gets to see firsthand their brokenness being replaced with peace and joy by the time that they leave.  Bekah is a born and raised Midlander, the mother of two boys, spends her weekends filled with sports and kids’ activities, loves to cuddle with her two big dogs and delights in working with other women to achieve sobriety.


Finance Director

Tyneisha is a Certified Public Accountant since 2017 with a passion for accounting and willingness to embrace new challenges.  She also holds a Master’s Degree in Accountancy and has a wide variety of financial experience.  She spends her free time exercising, watching television, and planning her upcoming wedding!


Account and Admissions Specialist

Pamela has worked for the Springboard Center for almost four months. While Pamela’s background is in accounting, she has spent the last 5 years as an Intake Specialist for hurting people seeking help through cognitive behavioral therapy. Her favorite memory at the Springboard Center is seeing the smile transform on clients faces from Day 1 to Day 30. Pamela is a believer and a compassionate employee. She is also anxiously awaiting the arrival of her first grandchild!



Director of Operations

Roberta has worked for the Springboard Center for just about five years. She has six years of knowledge and experience demonstrating the 12 step recovery model along with 25+ years of experience in healthcare. Roberta’s favorite memories include the privilege of seeing lives restored. She is bilingual and loves to cook, sew, and garden in her free time.



Human Resource Manager

Debbie has worked for The Springboard Center for three years. She has 20 years of experience in office and administration positions, and is also a member of both the National and Permian Basin chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management. She enjoys participating each year in the annual Alumni Reunion held by The Springboard Center. Debbie dreams of someday selling everything she owns and moving to Africa to help at an elephant sanctuary!



Facilities Manager

Mr. Zontok brings a breadth of experience to The Springboard Center in his Facilities Manager role. He is a licensed electrician with experience as a supervisor for an underground utilities company and as a job foreman for new site development for a construction company. Prior to this, Mr Zontok worked as an Operations Manager for The Brickman Group, the largest landscaping company in the United States. At that time Adam was a Master Gardener, overseeing four IBM facilities over the course of four and a half years. In addition to this, Adam has worked in the recovery field for the past three years as a Recovery Tech, Sober Living Coordinator, and Operations Manager for various companies. As a man in recovery himself, Adam is deeply passionate about the work he does, saying “I believe that a healthy and clean environment is essential to a powerful treatment experience.”

Sober Living Coordinator

Tina DeFord began her journey with The Springboard Center as an assistant house manager for Springboard Sober Living’s women’s house. Tina then moved into the House Manager position. Tina came to work for Springboard full-time in 2018 as a Recovery Advocate while maintaining her duties at Springboard Sober Living. Tina says,“I love watching women begin their journey of life!”

Medical Practitioner

Victoria has been working at the Springboard Center for two months. Victoria holds a Masters Degree in Nursing. Her favorite memories at the Springboard Center include seeing clients successfully complete the program and transform their lives. Victoria’s hobbies include watching her children play softball and gardening.



Detox Unit and Compliance Manager

Dallas has worked for The Springboard Center for five years. As a licensed vocational nurse, he has a natural compassion for helping others. His favorite memory while working for the center was the last Alumni Reunion, a whole day filled with fun and fellowship. Interestingly, at one time Dallas owned about 250 chickens!
