Springboard Center Board President Transitions to New Role

Paul Colwell Accepts Business Development/Marketing Position


MIDLAND, Texas (10/01/2020) – The Springboard Center today announces that current board president Paul Colwell will be taking on a new role within the organization, accepting the full-time position of leading the business development/marketing department.

As a philanthropist, Paul is active in the recovery community and has served on numerous of boards, but Springboard hits closest to home. A Midland native, Paul has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry and business development. Currently, Paul is a partner at Admiral Permian Resources. At home, Paul has been married to his wife, Sherry, for 22 years. They have two children together, Luke and Harper.

Since 2003, The Springboard Center has been a safe haven for adult men and women who are addicted to drugs and alcohol. In 2009, the organization moved to the current Midland facility and expanded services to include detoxification, inpatient and intensive outpatient treatment. Springboard Sober Living opened in 2015 to offer drug- and alcohol-free environments which further aid in addiction treatment for people in recovery who have successfully completed an inpatient treatment program.
