inpatient residential program

THE SPRINGBOARD CENTER

Our Inpatient Residential Program offers a structured and supportive environment where individuals can focus fully on recovery. Clients stay in our residential facilities and participate in daily counseling, group therapy, recovery education, and life-skills development. Through compassionate care and evidence-based treatment, we help individuals build the foundation they need for lasting sobriety.

Who it is for ?

This program is designed for individuals who need a highly structured and supportive environment away from triggers, stressors, and outside influences in order to fully focus on recovery.

What a typical day looks like

Length of stay varies based on individual needs and progress, typically ranging 30 days. Each day follows a structured schedule designed to support healing and personal growth.

7:00 AM – Wake Up & Morning Routine

Clients begin the day by making their beds, attending to personal hygiene, and preparing for the day ahead. Establishing healthy routines is an important part of recovery.

A consistent sleep schedule promotes physical and emotional healing.

What is the goal of the residential program ?

1

The goal of the 30-day residential program is not only to help clients stop using substances but to equip them with the tools, support systems, and confidence needed to maintain recovery long after they leave treatment. Many clients continue their recovery journey through The Springboard Center's Outpatient Programs, and Sober Living programs to build on the foundation established during residential treatment.
